Team-Building Event – Nuremberg

Exceptional projects demand unusual methods.

The focus was to implement a team event which aimed to encourage an international project team to get to know each other better and to grow together. A creative action painting course run by a professional artist sought to break down barriers, to promote team spirit and to improve communication in the project group. As soon as everyone put on the blue overalls, the atmosphere relaxed, and even the last of the participants were able to forget their fears and inhibitions at the painting boards. Showing considerable enthusiasm and motivation, participants produced creative artworks that are likely to grace the teams' office walls for a long time to come.
