At the end of January, a kick-off event for 350 employees took place for one of our clients. Following days of intensive meetings, the focus went beyond mere strategies and goals; the event was designed to spark motivation and foster team connections.

For this kick-off, ELEMENTS Catering developed a concept that deliberately prioritized dynamism and interaction. Eschewing a static buffet, the event featured a lively flow with interactive stations and a carefully crafted narrative arc - or "dramaturgy" - spanning from the reception through to midnight.

A "flying welcome" reception kicked off the evening with a light, internationally inspired touch.

Refined tuna variations, modern takes on classic ingredients, and precisely balanced flavors ensured a smooth start. The culinary offerings complemented the atmosphere - never dominating but rather creating space for connection. The catering concept evolved further in the main hall, where interactive live stations formed the heart of the event: freshly sliced sashimi served from an ice block, urban bowl creations with a global flair, and a creatively staged "Seafood meets Chicken" station. Premium main courses - such as sous-vide entrecôte and exquisitely balanced fish dishes surrounded out the concept, adding culinary depth to the evening.

This kick-off event demonstrated the powerful strategic impact of cuisine. Values central to the client - internationality, precision, and innovation - were subtly reflected in the catering concept.

Meanwhile, an awards ceremony, a photo booth, and a DJ provided emotional highlights. Appreciation was made visible, and successes were celebrated. By midnight, the corporate event had evolved into an energetic platform for exchange and motivation.

Once again, ELEMENTS Catering demonstrated how high-quality catering and strategic event choreography can seamlessly intertwine.
